Learn to knit from the ground up with our Knit Basics class! Taught in three class sessions. Week one: casting on and knit stitch. Week two: purl stitch and binding off. Week three: start your first project, the Wheat Scarf, by Tin Can Knits. No experience required.

Class supplies must be purchased from Silk Road Textiles, either in store or through the SRT Online Marketplace. By using our high quality products, you know that you have the right tools and fibers to set you up for success, and we are able to keep our class prices down.

Supplies needed:
Two skeins Berroco Vintage or Encore Worsted yarn in a light color
Size 8 Single Point Knitting Needles
Pocket Guide to Knitting (every new knitter needs one!)
